Subscribe in iTunes

This week I welcome everyone to the Blog and podcast by revealing my complete lack of confidence. The panel disscusses the best and worst anime in 2009. I also claim that blu-ray will save the US Anime distributors and won't be proven wrong till at least March.

This weeks guests:

When listening to this, the audio is mostly in the right channel. You might want to switch to mono if you don't have a stereo mike. Or perhaps do some sound editing.

To correct Tim's comments on The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

In the UK it was released by Manga Entertainment.

And Beez are a subsidiary of Namco Bandai. They're a little confusing as their UK operation isn't really their focus, being aimed more at France (plus they had UK distribution problems in recent years due to various UK video distributors going out of business).

The podcast isn't bad. I have to agree with Zac, don't tell people why they shouldn't listen to you. There are a ton of anime podcast out there, if you say don't listen, then people will simply move on to the next guy. The discussion among guests was good.

Remember, you don't have to post raw audio. The beauty of recording is that you can go back and edit material. If you screw up a pronunciation, then pause the recording, practice and pick up were you left off. Later, go back and delete your screw up. You don't have to be perfect, but you can sound like you are.

It's a good start, keep it at. It will get easier each time you do it.
